MailScanner configuration problem??

When I run MailScanner, mails start coming into mqueue.in/ directory but
they stay there forever...

/var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/ is always empty.



And of course mails are not deliveries to respective users.
Im using:

Red Hat 9

Sendmail 8.12.8
