Please Help me reading sendmail logs

Hi all

Can someone please explain what is happening below?

Mailscanner is running on a secondary MX server


Which part tells me where it is coming from?

It looks like the relay is attempting to contact outside servers. I can't
understand why this is happening when my relay-domains file dosen't have any
of the below domain included.
