Spam Actions Question

I have tried setting the "High Scoring Spam Action" option to "forward
bob at bob.com" as noted below, although the spam still gets delivered to
the orginal addressee. (It also gets forwarded to the address listed)
Can anyone else test this and see if they have the same issue.
