Read Reciept Signing & PDF's

Hi Julian,

It would appear that read reciepts are still being signed, abeit a lot more gracefully, and PDF's are still being corrupted in the 4.30.3-1 version of MailScanner.

I'm not sure if anyone else is noticing this, but it's definately happening on at least one of our boxes, all of which were upgraded to 4.30.3-1 over the weekend.
