Clarification on stopping outbound spam scanning

It will always say that.  It is starting spam checks for the batch, it
will then consider whether to apply the spam checks to each message in
the batch.  The best way to test (assuming you are using SpamAssassin)
is to include the GTUBE string in an outgoing mail and see itif gets
flagged as spam.
