Using queue files from a saved message that used to cause this problem, the
change appears to have fixed it.

Subject: [MAILSCANNER] Urgent: People getting warnings in quarantine?
Can the people who are getting warning messages in their quarantine instead
of the original message contents please try something for me?
It should be very obvious if it works or not.
Edit /usr/sbin/MailScanner (or /opt/MailScanner/bin/MailScanner)
Look for the code (around line 461) that says:
-----SNIP-----
# Clean all the infections out of the messages
$batch->Clean();
# Quarantine all the infected attachments
$batch->QuarantineInfections();
-----SNIP-----
and swap over the 2 calls. Then stop and restart MailScanner.
I have taken a good look at the code and this should not have any knock-on
effects anywhere else.
I still can't reproduce the problem myself, but this should be the solution.
Please let me know very soon if this works, I would like to put it in
tomorrow's release.
