Mail Scanner and Spam Assassin report generation

If you just want to be able to see the score and triggered rules one trick (for outlook users, and assuming you don't turn on always include spamassassin report) is to change the header for the spamassassin report to be x-message-flag:  - this will then show as a flag on the message and will be readable to the user without having to examine headers.
