sendmail hack to process every recipient individually

Hi,

I recall in the past someone had a rule for the sendmail.cf file to treat
all emails individually.
I searched the archives and I can't find it.  Could someone fill me in on
how to do this or a way to do this.

The problem I'm having is when one person is set to disable spam checking it
is applied to all the users that are being b/cc'd in the list of recipients
from the spammer.
