What causes this hit?

Hi Julian, now realise why - because i only did the rpm update of the
mailscanner rpm for the last couple of releases - when doing this, does
the MailScanner.conf still get extracted somewhere? because i dont
recall seeing the etx that i normally see doing a full upgrade? Or maybe
best to just run theinstall.sh from now on?
