Feature Request (security issue)

This may already be covered by the new "html tags" feature, but I'm
hoping that we can address this issue of blocking the <t:set> tag (since
I'm not allowed to address it by blocking Outlook).

(I think there's also an issue about the <html> tag having stuff in it)

Is _all_ of this covered by the new html tags feature, and if not, this
seems like an important issue to address.
