Ms 4.28.6 From: test only sees Return-Path: value

Correct. That is entirely as intended. The "From:" header is never used in
the actual message delivery, it is irrelevant and meaningless information.
The "Return-Path" header shows the envelope sender information, which is
the same as what is shown by the MailScanner-From header.
