Certainly. Instead of logging an error for every invalid qf file, it will
make 1 log entry for each batch listing the queue ids of the invalid
messages (if there are any).

This should greatly reduce your log traffic if you have several invalid qf
files.

This same change applies to the other MTAs as well.
