Custom Code Directory in MailScanner?

Check the path in MailScanner.conf is correct. It means it failed to be
able to read the directory at all, it couldn't even open it.

Can you try adding
use DirHandle;
right near the top of Config.pm for me please? There are a few other "use"
statements near the top, put it with those.
