zip file question

My boss just asked me a question about mailscanner.  Right now we are using
xwall to filter out spam and virus's, but we are looking to move to
mailscanner.  My question is can mailscanner only block zip files with
certain extensions inside of them?  For instance, if a zip files comes in,
and has a .exe extension in the zip, he wants that blocked, but allow a zip
file that has a .doc extension on it.
