HTML Hebrew

Hi,
   What is "Attachment Encoding Charset =" set to?  If it is the
default (us-ascii) then Hebrew may get mangled.  I use ISO-8859-1
even though we are an English US site.  Maybe you need to set this
to ISO-8859-8, which is Hebrew?
