I havent used archive before - but i notice you use FQDN and that
postfix is delivering that mail locally. aybe try using a different
format in the rule- eg path to dir, filename of mbox or similar ? Just
to see if it behaves differently - but its weird cos isnt that the same
process ID doing that? So you do have 2 copies in the archive?

Keep researching and keep posting your findings and hopefully one of the
many postfix gurus will pick up on this and offer you a hand.
