virus got through

Hi

when i ran clamscan manually in my /var/mail directory it detected the
following virus

JS.Spam.Scramble.A-mail FOUND

i am using redhat 8 with sendmail 8.15.5.7 and mailScanner 8 with clamav

can mailscanner detect this virus
