some viruse tests failing...is that the antivirus' fault, or MailScanner?

I even fail the test #5

Test #5: Eicar virus sent using BinHex encoding

Then Test # 19, 20, 21, 23

Anyone have any idea how to "Prenvent them from happen" ;)
