MS/SA Upgrade

Personally I always do the MailScanner upgrade first.  My reasoning...  Julian is very good at now breaking backwards compatability, if the SpamAssassin API changes (or virus scanner output etc. etc.)  the latest version for MailScanner should work with it, but the older version may not, however the new version of MS will most likely work with both versions of SA & scanners etc.  I also would not upgrade both at the same time, I like to make sure that MS is stable before upgrading SA - really just to keep troubleshooting simple.
