OT: Requeue quarantined mail with postfix

Well, I know this issue had been addressed before, but I wasn't able to find
it in the archives....

How can I deliver an e-mail message that has been stored by MailScanner into
/var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine/date/spam ???
Obviously I can't just copy it to the postfix queue, but i guess there's an
easy way to do it and someone of you knows....
