MailScanner and ClamAV...setup Q

Evening everyone.

Ok. I setup a system a couple of days ago during my testing. I was able to
get MS up and running successfully and then added ClamAV with success. That
box then died so im in the process of creating a new one.

One thing im stuck on and I can't seem to remember for the life of me where
I read this, but when you are setting up ClamAV to work with MS, you need
to edit mailscanner.conf and change the lines:

Incoming Work User =
Incoming Work Group =

The user should be clamav, but aren't you supposed to set some permissions
on the directories as well?

I've searched through the FAQ, the docs and I can't seem to find it.

Could I trouble someone to point me to the location where I read it? I
think im loosing my mind today.
