It was removed since MailScanner-4.25-12.rpm.tar.gz (Dec 1 2003)

Every RBL has mailinglists, MailScanner also has one, that you just found
now it seems. IF you would have followed the threads you would have known.
Months before you were now bitten.

Lists like NANOG, SPAL-L also have mentioned Monkeys over and over.

I think its pretty cheap to blame this on MS.
