I will try debug mode...

Could you point me in the right direction on:

How do I discern this? There doesn't appear to be a setting in MailScanner.conf

Objet : No Bayesian score

I am not getting a BAYES score in my message headers (here is a sample) and I used to:
X-FinnCorp-MailScanner-Information: Scanned by MailScanner & SpamAssassin
X-FinnCorp-MailScanner: Found to be virus clean
X-FinnCorp-MailScanner-SpamCheck: not spam, SpamAssassin (score=2.456,
        required 3, SUB_HELLO 2.46)
X-FinnCorp-MailScanner-SpamScore: ss

What might have been changed that is preventing the BAYES score from occurring? I did recently delete the bayes_* db files and relearned our corpus.

Have you tried running MailScanner in debug mode to see if you get errors?
Please avoid HTML in posts

BTW... I be certain that the bayes db built under /root/.spamassassin is the same one that mailscanner is referring to?
TIA!
-Josh
