Mails not being tagged in the Subject

Looking at 1 of our users, I see 1 in 200 SPAM are not tagged, even if
the are seen as spam by MS.

Very strange

And the Subject of the mail is not tagged, some mails are found to be
SPAM, set to deliver but not tagged ?!?

I upgraded to the latest rev of MailScanner yesterday and the problem
still persists.

Any ideas / pointers ?
