best way to ban and ip from the server

I created my own little DNS blacklist.  The great thing about that was
that it was relatively easy to add additional blocks to it when I came
across them, and I could easily use it on all my mail servers.

i want to ban a whole class from the maill server
i thought the best way would be to use the access file
in sendmailbut i am not sure if MS accepts the mail before
sendmail any ideas?
