Mailscanner subject text

Hi
I wanted to advertise Mailscanner is scanning all our file attachements but
when I switch the option

Scanned Modify Subject = end # end

it marks all messages as being scanned.  Can someone tell me if its possible
or not to just add the
subject text for only scanned file attachements.
