question on white and black list

question if I have MS setup for scanning per domain am I still able to use
the rule set
for example

this is the way I have it set for per domain scanning

Is Definitely Not Spam = &ByDomainSpamWhitelist
Is Definitely Spam     = &ByDomainSpamBlacklist

this is the way the example shows, I am not sure if I can run both

Set "Is Definitely Not Spam = /etc/MailScanner/etc/rules/whitelist.rules".
Set "Is Definitely Spam = /etc/MailScanner/etc/rules/blacklist.rules".
