Error with Sophos install

I have seen this with a few things:
1) Your Sophos is too old (as you stated -- you have the latest.
Double check that you're actually doing what you think you're doing.)
2) The installer can't find unzip, uncompress, or some other required
utility used to unpack. It's possible that the last time you did Sophos
it was compressed, and now it's zipped and you don't have unzip in a path
available to Sophos.install. Or vice-versa.
3) Imperial troops have entered the base. Grab your wookie and run.
