I agree. Thank you.

Some points:

- Make a list of all subject at top with anchor links to text below.
That makes it easier to view all subject than to scroll through the
whole document.
- I think the rules for posting should be at top. Many with me subscribe
to many lists and keeping down the number of posts per day is absolutely
vital to be able to keep up with the lists.
