Well, thats my point. Can it?

The end user has no idea that someone other
than "some.address at differentdomain.com" sent the message since its the name
they see in their email client. The users have the possibilty to maintain
their own whitelists. They whitelist "some.address at differentdomain.com" but
they still get mail tagged as spam (in their view) from this address.
