ANNOUNCE: Stable 4.28.6 released

Julian,

Just updated to 4.28.5 + speed patch.
We are using redhat, not debian.
Any reason to update to 4.28.6?

btw, One of your recent tweaks to Message.pm has fixed the slowdown
trouble we were seeing with 4.27.x. This version is handling ~ 300
messages a minute with no backlog of messages piling up in mqueue.in.
