fetchmail & MailScanner

Problem:
fetchmail setings:
i am use fetchmail, mail receive from external mail server

how to configure fetchmail,

fetchmail -> MailScanner -> (procmail) -> [mailboxs]

it is a correct ?
fetchmail ... -S mail.myserver.hu ...

or
(
~/fetchmailrc
....
user 'kepi' there with 'mypassword' is 'kepi' here mda "xxxxx xxxx"
....
??? xxxxx xxxx = sendmail %s ???
or
??? xxxxx xxxx = MailScanner -%s ???
