sendmail relay question, please

Mr. Swaney,

You really wouldn't believe how I had this working the way I needed it
earlier in the day. I have both files, with the local-host-names file only
containing localhosts. Right now, though, it seems to work with just the
mailertable file containing lines such as:

cnpapers.com    relay:[10.0.0.100]

and relay-domains containing

cnpapers.com

Would you suggest still deleting the relay-domains file? What should be in
local-host-names then other than localhost?

I'm discovering that sendmail can be configured millions of different ways
and still work, and trillions of different ways and _not_ work.
