It only means it will try to do some cleaning of the Bayes files every 
so often.  If you want to see if Bayes is activated, try:

My output shows that Bayes is active and SA also relies on some DNS tests.

If you just activated Bayes, it will not rate any message until it has 
seen 200 spam and 200 ham (non-spam) messages.
