Getting a lot of 'Postmaster' returned emails...

We reject them if there is no "catchall" in place. If the sending IP or
address/domain is a repeat offender (ie. Infected host) we drop the IP etc.,
at the MTA level. Of course this would be in the case of them attracting our
attention
