Mailscanner and Sendmail 8.13.0 with "Greet Pause"

Just to update something on this topic:

mac.com appears to have adjusted their timeouts.  They're working fine
with my 30 second delay now (+ the time for 2 RBL timeouts and general
network latency).


Someone over on the CommuniGate Pro lists, though, has discovered that
livejournal.com has a very low timeout: if you set for 7 seconds, they
fail (but 5 seconds seems ok).


I'm not very concerned about livejournal for my site, but others here
might want to know.
