Two issues with Bayes; 1) It never rebuilds, 2) Too many expired_tokens

Looks like you still have SA trying to expire token and that just don't
work. Have you set bayes_auto_expire to 0 in spam.assassin.prefs.conf?
That is, removed the comment. You must do that. I have been running with
no Bayes problems for six months now, I have three files in my Bayes
directory, it's the journal, toks and seen files. That's it.

By the way, you can delete all those old expire files to save space, you
have no use for them.
