MailScanner/Sendmail Gateway LDAP

I suppose it is in the MAQ, although it's rather difficult to find, since
the link says nothing about text of the link says nothing about "ldap" or
"unknown users" or "invalid users".

Then again, maybe that's not the page Damian was refering to, since it
actually is specific to an Exchange server in an Active Directory domain and
doesn't use LDAP in quite the way the original poster was probably thinking.
The principles are applicable to any server where you can come up with a
valid list of users though.
