Nope, everything from the start (before MailScanner) was setup to be
a global setup. So the SA that was being called from my .procmailrc
was using the same custom rules in /etc/mail/spamassassin, as well as
bayes, etc. that MailScanner should be using based on the default
MailScanner.conf. Somehow MS is not pulling the same score that SA
does when run by itself.
