Spam Action = attachment , positive matches are not requeued.

Hello,

I am using Rh7.3 with postfix, MailScanner and SA.

When I set 'Spam Action' to attachment , messages never seem to be
requeued so that postfix can deliver/relay.

Below - see MailScanner pickup the new message from 216.39.87.39.
What have I broken that stops MailScanner requeueing SPAM attachments ??
