Debian Testing/Unstable, Exim4 and MailScanner 4

The instructions in your readme are pretty straight forward.  I have
used the deb package on several machines.  I think the only confusion
would be from people using the old stable package or following someone
elses exim3 instructions.  If you install the testing deb and follow the
readme.exim4 it is a snap.  Nice job Matthias.
