Adding rule files.

Forgive my total ignorance -
I am running MS and SA, if I wanted to use random.current.cf,
sa-blacklist.current.cf  and sa-blacklist.current.uri.cf rule files,
Where might I put these files AND entries? For example - what might a line
look like in either MailScanner.conf or spam.assassin.conf?

Again - forgive my ignorance. I have only used MailScanner for about a day.
