Per domain whitelisting for dangerous HTML

Hello,

Since per domain whitelisting is possible with spam through CustomConfig, I
guess its, in theory, possible to do the same with "Convert Dangerous HTML
To Text" if similar code for this was added to CustomConfig.pm?

I want to allow dangerous HTML from domain1 to domain2 but not from domain3
to domain2.

Has anyone done this?
