Ok, that part looks good. Nice and normal. I'd only worry if I saw 0
deleted and more than 150,000 entries kept (or
whatever bayes_expiry_max_db_size is set to).

Want more logging from SA? use the -D flag for debug:
sa-learn --force-expire -D
spamassassin -lint -D
It could be a DNS timeout due to a dead DNSBL or something similar that's
causing your problem.
