Postfix check headers

Hi,
I've found a problem that I don't know how to fix. To get
postfix to hide my internal mail server IP, I've added a
this line: 

/^received:.*192\.168\.100\.50/     IGNORE 

to postfix header file. But than my outbound mail isn't 
scanned. 

/^received:.*192\.168\.100\.50/     IGNORE
/^Received:/ HOLD                    

Has anyone any solution to this ?
