spam.actions error

Hi,

In my spam.actions.conf and high-spam.actions.conf files, I just added
some lines to say if mail was spam or high spam from certain IPs to
delete it.  Having reloaded MailScanner I get this...

 Cannot match against  destination IP address when resolving
configuration option  "spamactions"

Without any indication of the line in error.

Is my syntax wrong:

FromOrTo: 208.106.116   delete

??
