Phil,

I wrote a script at about the same time Julian developed IPBlock.  Go 
to  http://www.while.homeunix.net/spamstorm/ to see if it could help you.

I run it in my crontab every 5 minutes on my MS servers.  I also use 
IPBlock on the same servers.
