Individual whitelists

Julian, how picky is the custom code for by-domain and by-user whitelisting
as far as case is concerned? I've had some messages get marked as spam
while they had entries in my personal whitelist file. It appears that the
case of the entry might be the problem but I'd like to know for sure.
Thanks.
