I'd really like to know if this is a qmail/mailscanner problem or 
generic mailscanner

Can someone inject it into a queue who uses sendmail/postfix/exim - I'd 
really appreciate it. I suggest you edit the 'To:" to something local

I think the problem is early on in the mailscanner cycle, whilst the 
batch is being built because when I reduced the

Max Normal Queue Size

messages started flowing until the above rogue message was 'found' again.
