Btw, this kind of load is far from being critical. It just means you
have 2 processes waiting for cpu time or I/O at some point in time.

vmstat will tell you more

Yes, in spam.assassin.conf

I think it is

use_dcc 0
use_pyzor 0

but I'm not sure.

I think you have these instructions in the MailScanner's Manual written
by Steve.
